I want to set a program for turning the thermostat down at night and warm up in the morning. I have

I need to set the thermostat to turn down at night and warm up in the morning. . I have always had a Honeywell thermostat which is much easier to program am not happy with the more expensive nest. Can anyone tell me how to program the nest or should i give up and trash it? Thanks.
