I 'm utterly disappointed with product quality, performance and overall customer service support from Nest/Google representatives Aaron and Viviana. it is widely known issue with error W5 for wifi connection. Failure to resolve customer issues in a timely consumer conscious manner. I will not be recommending any Nest/Google products to any perspective buyer nor continue to exhibit interest in supporting hardware.
