Install of my new 3 gen nest

I’m trying to connect my system but it won’t power up can anyone help

Well, to help you best, let’s start at the beginning. Post a picture you took of your old thermostat and its wires so we can see what color insulated wire was attached to which terminal. Then post a picture of the nest back plate that you installed showing the wires you have installed to which terminals.
