Iphone 6s causes system to go to away when phone is presest and set correctly

Checked settings. Wife's phone seems to cause the problem, we did a test tonight. System showed away. When she arrived in garage phone triggered home. An hour later system went to away. I'm thinking if phone is put in no ring status, nest interprets that as away. Right now. Auto away can't be trusted and must be controlled manually or checked frequently, else nest will waste a whole bunch of energy.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Home/Away feature. I would be more than happy to see if we can fix the issue for you and ensure you are able to use the feature as intended.
