Is Google Nest compatible with my ComfortSense 7500 ?

I have a Lennox air conditioning with furnase and humdifier. The wiring is setup as following:
Used (connected): Tc, To, H, Y2, O, C. G, W1, Y1, R

Not used (not connected): D, W2, B.
Can I replace my ComfortSense thermostat with a google Nest ?

Since those wires are not compatible with our Nest thermostats, it's best to consult with a Nest Pro. They can determine the temperature they measure (whether inside or outside), and advise on the best course of action.
