Is Nest or google website DOWN?

There seems to be an issue with the nest website and app.  3 major media sites were down yesterday and today seems to be nests. My WiFi and Internet are both working fine.  It is just my nest thermostats not working ( I am cold) and can't find any service confirmation on the nest Web.
