I have a 4 wire system with the Honeywell wire saver connection. When I use the Google Nest wire checker it tells me its compatible when I enter the wire codes but I have been told the same thing by the people that make "Sensi" and that ended not working with my system. Can't run the fan on its own (and I need that choice), fan would only run when AC or Heat is activated by system. My wires are R and RC (with a jumper), W/OB, C, and K. See attached pic. Can someone help?

You will have to replace the WireSaver with the Nest Power Connector. They do the same thing, but each only works with the specified manufactures' thermostat.
