Is The Rc and Rh Wire Needed?

Can anyone determine if this is right? Do I need both Rh and Rc? I only had R on my existing thermo.

It appears that you wired your Nest Thermostat correctly for the heat pump configuration. But you should move the power wire from the Rh terminal to the RC terminal and let us know how it goes.
