Hi Akass9,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community forum. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Based on the photo and the color of the wire you sent us, it looks like it can be wired to the Nest Thermostat, but we need more information before we can conclude. Please answer the following:
I look forward to your response.
Cheers,

Hi Renz,
1. I am in North America.
2. I have a Google Nest Snow Thermostat SKU GA01334-US
3. We have an Weil-McLain Gold Oil furnace and boiler
4. The control board wiring isn’t very accessible, but there is only a red and yellow connected wire where there is a splice to the control board.

Hi there,
Thanks for providing the information above. Unfortunately, to ensure the safety of your system, we shouldn't depend on the color of the wires. We need to check your system's control board to see how these wires are labeled. You might consider contacting a local HVAC professional to do the work for you.
I appreciate your input, Renz.
Best,
Jenelyn

Hi folks,
@Akass9, thanks for getting back to us, and I'm sorry for delayed response. Your control panel has the non-standard labels of T & T which means that your system is proprietary. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest Thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
I appreciate your help, Renz and Jenelyn.
Regards,
Zoe
