Is it compatible?

When I disconnected it and started to install it said not compatible via the app, but then another post made me think it actually is. Does anyone have insight? Chat never responded. 😞

Your wiring is compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat but not the standard Nest as it only has space for 6 wires.

The X2 wire will go to * for emergency heat

The W wire will go to W2/Aux for aux heat

Your B will go to C as it's the common wire(Which is labeled as B on some old Trane thermostats)

Hope this helps.
