Is my cooler controller compatible with Nest thermostat?

Hi, this is a photo of my cooler controller wiring. Is it compatible with Nest thermostat? The label for the two wires are TW1, TW2. The labels below are also TW1 and TW2.IMG_20220907_070542014.jpg

Hi Lyddie,

Thanks for these added details and I'm sorry for the delay.

I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of your current thermostat's wiring/ control board? What is the make and model of your HVAC system? Also, you could try our compatibility checker to see if your current system is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.

Thanks,

Mel

Hi, I've gone through the compatibility checker already and it sent me on through to this community page. The photo I sent through is all the wiring that there is, at least that'sall that's visible.

Itis a Brivis/Rinnai nc6 I believe.

Hey there,

@Lyddie, thanks for these added details and I'm sorry for the delay.

It seems that you have a proprietary HVAC system which is not compatible with our Nest thermostats. However, we have several users who were able to successfully set up one after rewiring their system. Please contact a pro installer to discuss your options.
