Is my system with 4 wires and 3 jump wires compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen)

Hello,

As you can see on the attached picture my system has 4 wires connected to Y, RH, G and W. It has no wire directly connected to C but has 3 jumper wires from RH to RC,  from RC/to C and between another C terminal and Y.

Is my system compatible with a Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen) and if yes how do I wire it? Does it fall in the categories of a system with no C wire?

Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.

I would suggest wiring it like this.

Green - G to G
White - W to W1
Red - Rh to Rc - jumper to Rc not needed
Blue - Y to Y1

Yes, your system has no C wire and I would suggest checking to see if there is an extra wire going to your furnace/air handler that you can use for one. If there are no extra wires, I would suggest using the Nest Power Connector so you have a C wire.
