Is my thermostat wiring compatible to nest

Hi,

I would like to know if my thermostat wiring is compatible with the Nest thermostat?

I have attached a picture for your reference.

I have a heating cooling single compressor system with gas heating.

In my current thermostat there are 5 wires connected as follows:

White wire - W

Yellow wire - Y

Blue wire - O

Red wire - Rc

Green wire - B

Please advise at the earliest possible.
