Is the Nest Thermostat compatible with the pictured wiring

Trying to determine if a Nest Thermostat will be compatible with my heat pump.  Pictured above is the current Honeywell thermostat and wiring.

It looks like you have a heat pump system and you need to use the labels that are below the terminal block inline with the Heat Pump label.
