Hi Bullium,

Thanks for the response. Were you able to check the compatibility checker page? Based on the photo, I could see Y, R and W wires. This could work with the Nest Thermostat because in most cases, Google Nest thermostats can charge the built-in battery using the heating and cooling wires.
