Is wiring correct

Borg

I’ve had numerous issues with the three Nest Thermostats I installed, and before I just throw them all out, I’m hoping to verify if I have them even wired correctly. The current issue is that none of them cool below about 76 F. They will show “cooling” on the app, but only turn on the AC unit sporadically.

Here is a picture of the original wiring:

Here is how they are currently wired:

Thank you for any help.

Why aren't you using the o/b wire?  I had to hook the orange up to o/b to get it to cool in stage 2, but know it cools, but when it get to temp it starts automatically blowing warm air.  So I'm not sure what's going on

Sorry, I accidentally posted the wrong wiring for the original unit. Here is the original one:

Yes, the wiring is correct for this thermostat.

You said you have three Nest thermostats. Do you have multiple HVAC units or just one with a three zone controller?

It is one unit with three zones.

Can you post a picture of the zone controller and its wiring?

Was the 1st picture that you posted in your OP for the zone 1 thermostat?
