My Nest thermostat suddenly went off line. Stated I had WiFi issues, which I did not. It asked to be linked to HeatLink which I hit by mistake and now I cannot get back to the screens I used to have access to. I went through the help and removed product from the app, now unable to reload Nest, it’s no longer connected to my heating and room is obviously very cold now. Really frustrated, freezing cold cannot anyone help? I’ve had this product for 8 years with not one problem, now migrated to google cannot access.
