Learning Nest Thermostat

I just moved into a condo with a Nest Learning Thermostat & having a problem with figuring out how to manually operate. Been trying to go from heating to cooling mode. When I tap the menu, everything goes back to the heat mode temp. I can move the dial to change temp but can’t seem to get out of heat mode. The temp inside pretty much stays at 79.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

Your thermostat can automatically switch between modes, but you can manually set the mode you want too. Check out this link for a complete guide on how to change your Nest Thermostat mode.
