still need help you last asked me for case number which I don’t have and struggle to be able to navigate back to find this posting. My first was shut down due to lack of response but was responding from email sent to me which kept bouncing back.
I bought and posted about my wiring and was told I need learning thermostat which I bought and while fan would run unit not kick on.
This is current wiring configuration

The wiring configuration looks right and connected to the right terminal. Are you getting any error messages from the display? Also, let's try to remove the display from the base, re-strip the wires and then re-connect to the terminal.
