I want to lock my thermostat and allow people the ability to adjust the temperature within a certain range using web access. I am managing the home remotely. I can lock and unlock the thermostat but I don't see an option to set a range. Can anyone help?

When you lock the thermostat using the display, you can set the temperature range that once locked will be available.
When you use the Nest App you can go to settings gear in the upper right, then scroll down and touch your thermostat. Choose lock then enter a 4-digit code, and then the second screen will allow you to set a temperature range.
