Hello,
I bought a nest thermostat 2nd hand, Never connected it to the APP. It's connected to the wifi in my house, for free...It had been working fine until I went on vacation and put a lock on it and now I tried all the possible pin#'s that I could use and nothing so far... is there any way to reset the password or something, its getting cold here and I need this fixed please, any phone # that I should call maybe?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. Please try connecting your Nest Thermostat to a PC using a USB cable and check if it will see a PLIST file.
