So I removed my thermostat from my Google home app, which in turn removed it from my Nest App. My thermostat is locked and for the life of me I can not remember what pin I chose, and trust me I've tried them all. So from what I gather, I need to connect to a PC then contact support, however, I can't figure out what cord to use, it's not your standard phone micro USB, it's much bigger, I have the 3rd gen learning thermostat. So what kind of cord do I need?

You need a micro-USB cable. Once you have the right cable, follow these steps:
