Lost connection to Google Nest !

My wife's iphone 13 pro lost connection to Google Nest and we are unable to reconnect her phone.  We have a Google Nest Learning thermostat and we are both searching for answers.  Can anyone help us?

Did just the iPhone 13 lose connection or did all phones?

Just one iphone but no errors.

  • When you tried to pair your wife's phone, did it show any code or error message?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • Have you checked if the app is updated?
  • Do you use the Google Home App or Nest App?
