My nest thermostat has been working fine for a couple of months using the app on my iPhone. Suddenly the app on my phone has lost everything and I’m having to start again to get it to recognise the thermostat.
I scanned the code, I then clicked the already installed, it then asks me for a key. When I go to the thermostat to get the key it says ‘this thermostat is added to an account’
I’m now lost as to what to do and can’t understand the ‘help’!! I’m not very technical as you can see! Can anyone advise?
