Malfunctioning Nest Thermostat

Hi, this NEST thermostat keeps turning on and off many times a minute. My temperature is set to 72 °F but it is at 78°F currently. This thermostat is a new investment to my home less than a month ago. I had to turn it off to give my AC a break... What is the malfunction here?

What is the tech support number?
