Migrated to Nest V4 as my Nest V1 is end of life can’t connect Alexa

No category for “app” issues so sort of connectivity .  New thermostat is up and running works fine in Google home app but can’t get the Alexa skill to work 😞 it keep throwing an error when I try “

404. That’s an error.

The requested URL /gha_next was not found on this server. That’s all we know.”

I have deleted my Google home and devices , reset the nest , checked everything I can think of and it just doesn’t seem to connect ? 

anyone else have this issue and get past it ?

Did you remove the nest skill in Alexa app, then reinstall it afterward?  that has solved issues for me in similar situations.

You are a God ! Thanks for pulling me out of the chaos.  That did it .  I guess I didnt realize I had the nest skill still installed. In the Alexa environment.
