My Nest E Thermostat says it has to turn off to charge. It's been off for a while. Anyone know how to fix it?

You should be able to manually charge it. Pull it off it's base and you should see a micro USB plug on the back. Plug it in for .5 - 2 hours and you should be good to go again.

Hi folks,
Thanks for chiming in, @TDK06.
@ingridontario, uh-oh! Are you located in North America or Europe? Gather the power readouts of Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN your Nest Thermostat by going to its Settings > Technical Info > Power. Also, kindly remove the thermostat from its base, then check if the fan will turn on or stay on.
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe
