I've reset it so many times but it always defaults back to the screen with the home sign and arrow. Any ideas on what I can do to fix the issue? The heat link works fine but the actual thermostat resets to the same screen. Occasionally when I try and add it to my nest account it has a circle buffering on the screen, but then defaults back to the same screen with home sign with arrow, or sometimes just the mobile with the home sign in it. Please help as I cant afford to buy a new thermostat.

What color is the LED light on the Heat Link?
