swinging boiler temperature

I have nest learning thermostat (3 rd generation) connected to Viessman Boiler 

Recently it is causing the boiler temperature to swing between 40- 60 in a random manner. 

As a result I am struggling with heating my house, in cold nights. 

Boiler serviced, in October 2024, and had two professional repair visits, no issues in the boiler!

Open therm connection. 

Software UpToDate.
