My Nest Temperature Control not showing in Neat App

Hi 

I just changed my iPhone and noticed that in my Nest App I no longer see the temperature control buttons. Only Home and Away is showing. I have reset the nest thermostat but it is still the same. 
help please?

Did you sign in using the same email address that you used to setup your Nest Thermostat?

thnaks for your response. I have since deleted the Google Home app and it works perfectly as it used to do with just my Nest App. Yes I did sign in with my google account but it just would not work. Anyway problem solved now with just the Nest app. Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. Best regards, Norhayah.
