my nest is not connecting to the internet and I have done all of the trouble shooting none worked,

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is not connecting to the internet. Let's see what's going on. A few questions: 

 

  1. Are you located in North America or Europe? 
  2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  3. Is the thermostat display working?
  4. Can your thermostat find other Wi-Fi networks?
  5. How far away is the thermostat from the router?
  6. Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
  7. Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)?
  8. Are you able to access the internet from your phone or computer?
  9. Do you only have one Wi-Fi network, or are there multiple ones?“ If there are others, “Do any of them end in _ext?
  10. Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
  11. What’s the make and model of your router?
