are there any way to get a second nest power connector

I recently purchased two Nest thermostats. While setting up the first one, I ordered the complimentary Nest power connector, which is scheduled to arrive on November 30th. However, when attempting to do the same for the second thermostat, I'm not receiving the free power connector. Is it possible to obtain the power connector for my second thermostat as well?

Thanks for posting here in the community forum. You can get a free Nest Power Connector in two ways: through a promotion sent via email or through a promotion offered on the Google Home app. For promotion via email, it is when you receive an email with the subject “Properly power your thermostat with a C wire or Google Nest Power Connector (at no additional charge for a limited time).” If you already have one, the Nest Power Connector is only limited to one code per home. The promotion offered on the Google Home app is when you install a Nest thermostat (2020) and receive a message during the wiring compatibility check or “Testing your Power” step in the installation process that you need a Nest Power Connector to complete the setup. The app gives you a link that allows you to order a Nest Power Connector from the Google Store at no additional charge.
