Having Wi-Fi issues can be troublesome, let's jump in and ensure you are good to go. Do you mind me asking if you are running into any error messages? I did find a helpful article that has some troubleshooting steps that may be of help. Let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I want to ensure you are good to go.
