My Thermostat

Not sure what’s happened, my app is saying that I have no products connected to my app. But when I go to link on the Thermostat it says I am connected to the app. Tried to restart but still says connected and can not use from my phone as says I have no products connected!

Are you certain you are logging into the Google Home app with the same Google account you've previously used with your Nest Thermostat?
