My air is delayed 2+hours and I don’t know why.

I have a message on my Nwsr app that says air is delayed 2+ hours.  I don’t know why it’s delayed.

Try cutting it off from app or wall then after it’s completely off and quiet cut it back on but put it in lowest Eco mode. See if it cools, if that works try going back to regular cooling after the house is cooled. My heat pump won’t spin in delayed or stage 2 cooling on Nest display. My heat pump has only one stage cooling. Thank God this worked!
