I don’t think I have a routine set up, we use the thermostat manually. When I turn on the heat to e.g. 65 degrees it will sometimes automatically sets itself to 76 degrees. When I navigate to “Heat” on the thermostat it will show 76 degrees. HELP!!
Sorry for the late response but no worries, help is here! If you checked already and there isn't any schedule, it shouldn't change the temperature by itself. Please take a look if you have the Auto-schedule active. Here you have the steps to confirm it or to turn it off Disable learning for the temperature schedule.
