My heat link has died

Hi,

Our nest thermostat was working perfectly yesterday and has done for 3+ years and this morning the heat link is completely dead.  No power at all.  We have checked the fuse, and switched off and on the mains and there is still nothing.  When I plug in the usb cable the lights all come on. Can this be fixed or do we need a replacement.  It is currently -1 outside so keen to get this sorted asap as I have two babies in the house. Thanks Elizabeth
