My heating keeps turning on by itself

I keep going to turn my heating on when I’m out and it’s constantly already on. Sometimes it’s 7+ hours at 23 degrees!! I have auto assist turned off.. can someone please help me, I’ve tried troubleshooting but getting nowhere and my bill is going to be huge!

I just started that issue this past weekend. It ran for 11 hours when I wasn’t home even though I set the nest to be off and have zero schedules programmed.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostats are randomly turning the heat on. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, you may follow the steps here in the Troubleshoot strange heating or cooling behavior article for a fix.
