Hi Blueangelabc,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Your Nest Thermostat detects a wire in the C terminal but can't complete a power-sharing circuit. Could you please provide your thermostat power readout by going to technical info on your actual device? Also, try to remove the C wire and compare its power readout. Ensure to turn the breaker off before touching the wires.
