My nest thermostat is stuck in looping home logo.

My thermostat just stopped working sometime last night. I woke up and noticed my place was freezing this morning and my thermostat was just showing the nest home logo and would turnoff then fade into that logo again. It won’t go to any other screen and the blinking light changes from a small, fast yellow-ish/green light at the top to a slower darker orange color light every once in a while.

• Have you had power outages recently? 
• Have you tried to do a soft reset by pressing and holding the Nest Thermostat for 10 seconds?
• Have you tried to charge the Nest Thermostat using a micro USB wire?
