My new Nest rakes FOREVER to get up to temp

and the air coming out of the vent is barely warm.

When did you last have your HVAC serviced?

All thermostats are nothing but fancy on/off switches and have nothing to do with how fast or how hot/cold an HVAC is.

Not too long ago. FYI it was working just fine (heating quickly and "normally") with the other thermostat that I swapped out for this one.

Sorry for the delay. I'm trying to include a picture but can't get it to attach. It's YWRG. I also have the required Nest power connector. 

PS I have a gas forced air furnace with an ac unit.

PS I have other gas appliances that are working just fine.
