My thermostat doesn’t have C wire

I have a trane thermostat with no C wire.
Is the B wire same as C wire?

Thanks for the photo and for reaching out.

In some cases, some systems use the wire in the thermostat's B connector as a common or C wire. To be sure, could you check on your HVAC's manual or check on your system's control board?
