Sorry for the delayed response here but thanks for reaching out and for the photo. 

Based on the wires of your current thermostat, it should be compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat. During the installation, the Nest app will give you a custom wiring guide. You can also check our Compatibility Checker for more information.
