N262 and No power Error

I have 3 furnaces and 3 Nest thermostats.  The two upstairs switch between an N262 error or a No Power error.   I was able to "reboot" a thermostat and get the furnace running but it quickly returned the no power error.  Batteries are fresh, no C wire.   Any suggestions?   HVAC vendors are slammed around my neck of the woods and it's getting cold.

Thank you,

Hog
