NEST Hot Water Schedule not working

Hi,

using NEST Thermostat for quite a while without issues - but now facing an issue where the Hot Water Schedule is not working.
Hot Water is now only working via Boost.
Heating Schedule is working without issues.

 

I have 2 Thermostats:
1st Heating Only (Underfloor): No issues
2nd Heating (Radiators) + Hot Water: Issue with Hot Water Schedule not working. Hot Water working only via Boost.

 

During scheduled time, the App on my phone is showing Hot Water is ON, but on the Thermostat Hot Water it NOT ON.
I've checked the Thermostat and Hot Water Schedule is Enabled. 
Date / Time are correct on the Thermostat.
On the Thermostat the Hot Water schedule matches my phone. 
I've checked for Software updates, we are up to date.

Any suggestions?

thank you for your reply.
I have been following up with Google Nest Support and still having the issue.
 
I've tried:
Restart the thermostat display by going to its "Settings", then "Reset", and then "Restart": Done 
 
Reset your current Hot Water schedule by going to the thermostat's "Settings", then "Reset", and then "Schedule": Done

=> The App and Browser both match the Thermostat - DEFAULT Values
 
I added a new schedule and the App/Browser and Thermostat all matched.
 
The Schedule on the Browser and App did come ON as expected - but the Thermostat did not start.    😞

For the Thermostat to be ON - a Orange Water Droplet representing the HOT WATER comes ON.
If I turn the Hot Water ON via Boost - it works successfully.

It's not currently working - so very inconvenient as you can imagine. 
All scheduled times are matching with App/Browser and Thermostat.
