NEST thermostat already installed. Can't skip wiring questions. I'm without heat. FREEZING!

I'm so frustrated! It's already installed and I know nothing about the wiring. I'm absolutely freezing because after HOURS of trying to get this set up, it won't run my heater. It was working just fine on manual but the realtor reset to factory. Now I have to indicate what wiring I have, even though I chose "already installed". When I guessed, it did something to make it impossible for the heater to come on. This is the worst experience I've ever had installing yet another way for Google to track my personal data!

 

Question: how can I set it to just use it manually?

Question: can you tell me what I should tell the system my wires are so I can set up the app?
