NEST thermostat

i had the thermostat access through my cell phone but i had to get a new cell phone because the the other  cell phone crashed. how do i reset up the the NEST access through my cell phone and laptop. I called the Heat and air company who installed the thermostat and they werent any help at all.

Depending on your exact thermostat (the Google Nest Thermostat appears ONLY in the Google Home app), you just install the Google Nest app and/or the Google Home app on your new phone and then sign on to the app or apps with the same Google (gmail) account you were previously using and access the same Google Nest "home/structure" you were previously using for your thermostat (you may only have had one).
