Hi All- while installing the. Est Thermostat we did the compatibility test and turns out we need the Nest Power connector. How do we claim the free power connector?

Thank you for posting in the community. I can understand that you need a Nest Power Connector for your Nest Thermostat installation. Don’t worry; help is here.

To claim your free Power Connector, you'll need to follow these steps:

  • During the compatibility or power check, the app determines that you need a Nest Power Connector.
  • The Google Home app provides a Google Store link that you can click. The link allows you to order a Nest Power Connector at no cost. 
  • The link will direct you to the Google Store, which automatically adds the product to the cart and applies the coupon code.
  • Then you need to finalize the cart and check out.
  • The setup in the Google Home app ends. And then you will have to wait for the Power Connector to arrive to complete installation.
