Neat heat link

Hi my heat link won’t work it has a light when u connect via a charging cable but this has been hard wired but it’s not responding even after trying all the resets etc I’m starting to get really annoyed now I need this fixed

My Neat Heat link has just died and I can see there is a wider issue here for Google. How do I get a replacement fitted?
