Neat learning thermostat lost connection, m15 and w5 error (continued)

I haven’t been contacted by anyone. The last contact was the acknowledgment that the form I filled out was received and someone would be contacting me. 
I believe that the wifi connection chip has gone bad. I haven’t had this thermostat but maybe 6-8 months.

 I was able to connect to the thermostat but, again,, after a couple of days, it has disconnected again. Doesn’t see any networks. I still think the wifi chip is failing. How can I speed this up? It has been at least 3 weeks since I first contacted customer service about my issue. I’m trying to be patient, but it’s going on a month and my patience is starting to run out. Is there a number I can call about my nest learning thermostat?
